What are the most exciting innovations you’ve introduced recently?

We are constantly improving the platform to make the gaming experience more engaging, efficient and player focused. One of the most tangible innovations is the unified promotions system, which allows providers to launch and track campaigns directly from the supplier back office for operators. On top of that, we’ve introduced automated notifications for maintenance and reporting and enhanced our Thumbnails API with more static and animated variations, including provider logos. We’ve also made smaller improvements such as fixing game error pages and adding team management options in the back office. All these updates are part of our ongoing commitment to efficiency, flexibility and player engagement.

Can you tell us more about TARS and how it improves the developer experience?

TARS stands for Testing API Rapidly with St8. Testing and ensuring integrations are implemented correctly can be time-consuming and delicate, so we created TARS to simplify this process. It supports developers throughout the integration journey by streamlining key steps such as endpoint testing, response validation and automation. TARS allows teams to verify and manage integrations efficiently and independently, reducing escalations and support requests. This enables developers to focus on building rather than troubleshooting.

How does your Bonus API change the way operators think about player retention?

Our Bonus API transforms player retention by making it flexible, dynamic and tailored to individual player behavior. It supports multiple bonus types, including cash rewards, free spins and feature triggers across multiple providers. Operators can manage all bonus mechanics through a single, unified integration. By embedding bonus logic directly into their systems, operators can trigger incentives at the right time based on real-time player activity. Because we look across so many data points, we can turn these insights into practical recommendations and help partners make better decisions, optimise performance, and stay ahead of player expectations.

Can you explain how real-time reporting influences operator decision-making? How do operators use real-time analytics to optimise their game portfolios?

Real-time reporting helps operators stay in the moment and remain relevant to their players.

Instead of waiting for reports, they can instantly see what players are enjoying, which games are gaining traction and where engagement might be dropping. That kind of visibility makes it much easier to react quickly and keep the offering aligned with player expectations.

For example, if a game is performing well, they can promote it more. If something isn’t working, they can adjust or replace it right away without losing time or momentum.

When it comes to managing their game portfolio, operators use real-time data to continuously refine their mix. They can test new games, explore different providers and immediately see what resonates.

It becomes an ongoing process of adapting in real time, helping operators stay agile, competitive and always relevant.

How do you see the role of a casino games aggregator evolving over the next 3-5 years, and how is St8 positioning itself to stay ahead of that curve?

I would say there is an evolution already in progress. The role of a casino games aggregator is shifting from simply delivering content to becoming a strategic technical partner for operators.
