As game providers insert data themselves for their own games, we have information on what discounts to apply to which client, as invoices are generated automatically.

St8’s finance team barely uses spreadsheets to calculate promotions, because the system is already built to do this itself.

On the supplier’s side, the finance team knows by the first day of the month which promotions have been active. There’s no need to chase account managers in the middle of the invoicing period over promotions that might have been forgotten.
